Child Advocacy Center

Clinton County

46 Arizona Avenue
Plattsburgh, NY 12901
(518) 324-6959

The first regional Child Advocacy Center(CAC) is underway in the North Country. A CAC brings a multidisciplinary team approach by providing a non-threatening, child-focused environment where investigations, evaluations, treatment, and prosecution of child sexual and/or physical abuse cases are conducted by team members and where appropriate supportive services to victims and their non-offending family members are provided. There will be three satellite locations including Essex, Franklin, and Akwesasne for the St. Regis-Mohawk tribe. Clinton County will be the main hub for these locations. Until the programs are fully operational, please contact the Clinton County CAC.
