Each year OCFS reports the numbers, characteristics, and service needs of runaway and homeless and youth in New York State.

RHY Impact Study

New York University, in partnership with the Coalition for Homeless Youth and with participation from OCFS, conducted a three-year study to measure the impact New York’s RHY programs have on the youth they serve. This white paper reflects on how New York’s programs help runaway and homeless youth move from crisis to independence.
