New Emergency Regulations Took Effect February 7, 2020

OCFS has issued new emergency regulations that make changes to the rules for comprehensive background checks to ease the burden on programs and parents. They affect 403, 404, 405, 406, 413, 414, 415, 416, and 417 and Subparts 418-1 and 418-2 of Title 18 of the Official Compilation of Codes, Rules and Regulations of the State of New York (NYCRR) These new regulations went into effect on February 7, 2020 and are open for public comment until April 7, 2020.
