Grade: SG-M2 Salary: $85244-$107751Competitive
Oversee and monitor the Training Management Unit which maintains working relationships with other training organizations or vendors, delivers and monitors training for staff of local social service districts, residential child care providers, licensed and registered day care providers, foster and adoptive parents. Identify and analyze training and developmental needs based on the agency’s goals and objectives. Work with agency program managers to identify and analyze short and long-term training goals for staff and program development. Assist with managing the development and delivery of training curricula. Supervise and mentor Training Specialist staff. Oversee the development of standards and training materials for programs and instructors to evaluate and monitor training. Collect, analyze, report data and create reports to help meet compliance requirements related to training and employee development. Prepare and monitor budget and expenditures. Additional duties will be discussed in detail during the interview.
Minimum Qualifications
One year competitive service as an Associate Director of Training 2 OR Transfer Opportunity: Eligible for 52.6 transfer OR Provisional Quals: One year of service in a professional training position allocated to a Grade 23.
