Contingent Permanent
Provide professional administrative staff support to executives, program managers and staff by managing budgeting, personnel, and business services for an organization or program, conducting special studies and research projects as assigned and managing office and support activities Additional duties will be discussed in detail during the interview.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be a current New York State employee eligible for transfer pursuant to Section 52.6 of the Civil Service Law; OR currently an Administrative Assistant with one year of permanent competitive service; or Candidates must have one year of permanent competitive service or 55 b/c service as an Administrative Assistant OR in an approved administrative title within two salary grades of a grade 18 OR have one year of permanent competitive service or 55 b/c service in a title eligible for transfer under section 52.6 of the Civil Service Law.
