The Children and Family Services Specialist 2 position is a supervisory position that is responsible for coordinating, analyzing, and disseminating data and other relevant information to the field for use in outcome improvement. Work within the Continuous Quality Improvement unit at Home Office, and would manage data related to helping our county-administered jurisdictions improve safety, permanency, and well-being outcomes for children and families. Facilitate the use of data and evidence in improving Child Welfare practice across the state. Communicate with the field to identify meaningful data, preparation of data in a user-friendly format, liaising with other units and agencies to acquire the most accurate and timely data available, and developing a dissemination process to the appropriate audience and facilitating its proper use. Additional duties will be discussed in detail during the interview.
Minimum Qualifications
Reachable on Civil Service Eligible List for Children and Family Services Specialist 2 OR One year of permanent competitive service as a Children and Family Services Specialist 2 or eligible for a 70.1 transfer. Note: If you are reachable on the Children and Family Services Specialist 2 list, you will receive a canvass letter.
