In accordance with Chapter 57 of the Laws of 2007, Article VII, Part K-1 requires the Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA) and the Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) to "provide performance data, as well as updated allocations, to providers broken down by state fiscal year, including award amounts, contract periods, program sites, locations served, and spending information that shall be made available on the respective agency website." These requirements are relevant to those programs operated by the respective agencies that are funded through TANF funds. In OCFS, the program areas funded by TANF include:
- Advantage After School

- TANF Prevention
This website includes a separate program description for each of these program areas. Following each of the program descriptions is a link to the list of programs currently funded by OCFS which includes contract periods, contract amounts, spending information, program sites and locations. It is anticipated that performance data, by individual agency, will be available in the near future.
