Important Changes to Provider Compliance History
OCFS is preparing to start posting six-year compliance histories of licensed/registered child care programs, rather than the two-year histories that are currently posted. This will provide more information to parents seeking child care and will promote greater governmental transparency.
This change took effect May 17, 2017.
It is not being applied retroactively. However, two-year histories that are already posted on the OCFS website may now remain there for up to six years.
