OCFS General Information System (GIS) Communications

OCFS/CDHS KinGAP Eligibility Training
A computer-based Kinship Guardianship Assistance Program (KinGAP) eligibility course was developed by the Center for Development of Human Services (CDHS) in conjunction with OCFS. The course offerings began in January 2012, and are offered every other month.

- Click on your type of agency (LDSS, ACS, voluntary agency, etc), select online application and the appropriate STARS registration tab, and then enter your STARS user ID and password.
Department of Health (DOH)
