CONNECTIONS BUSINESS CONTINUITY CASE RECORDING TEMPLATES AND FORMS
CONNECTIONS Business Continuity Case Recording Templates and Forms were developed to support the timely recording of casework activity and other required child welfare documentation when CONNECTIONS is not available or when there is no electronic support for normal case processing. When there is electronic support, staff that have the use of the computer during these times can continue to document critical work with customers by using the Business Continuity Case Recording Templates. When there is no electronic support available, staff will be able to use the Business Continuity Case Recording Forms that can be data entered at a later point when CONNECTIONS becomes available. Periodically, these templates and forms are revised or updated.
CONNECTIONS Regional Support staff and Implementation Specialists are available to provide technical assistance in the use of CONNECTIONS as well as the templates and forms.

The Business Continuity Case Recording Forms are available so that the district or agency can print off a copy of each of the forms and have them on hand for staff to copy and use in the event that there is no electronic support available for case recording.
